Quantum Tarot works fully in your phone's own browser, not inside the TikTok app.
It only takes a moment, and your reading is waiting on the other side.
You buy sessions, and one session is one reading conversation, usually about a single topic. Inside a session you and Vera go back and forth freely; the thin bar at the top quietly shows how much of the session is left.
Vera draws cards when your question calls for them, and never holds part of a reading back to make you pay more. If you're in the middle of something as the session nears its end, she may offer you a few more exchanges to finish. Sessions are bought with a one-time code; no account needed. Your reading lives only in this browser and is never saved on our servers.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended only for adults. By using Quantum Tarot you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
Quantum Tarot is an entertainment service. Tarot readings, interpretations and any text the Service produces are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not advice of any kind and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance. The Service does not provide and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, business, or any other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take. For any important matter, consult a qualified professional. Do not use the Service in any situation requiring professional or emergency help.
The Service is sold in sessions. One session is one reading conversation, usually about a single topic. A first-time visitor may receive one free preview; beyond that, sessions are purchased.
Sessions are purchased through Payhip, which acts as our reseller for the purchase. For customers in the EU and UK, Payhip is the reseller of record for digital VAT: it issues your receipt and collects and remits the applicable EU/UK VAT. Card payment is processed by Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Payhip's own buyer terms (payhip.com/terms).
Purchased sessions are unlocked with a License Key provided to you after purchase. Keep your License Key safe; it is how your sessions are recognised. We do not operate user accounts.
Sessions are digital content delivered immediately. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day "cooling-off" right is lost for such content only when three conditions are met: (1) you give prior express consent to begin performance immediately; (2) you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and (3) we provide confirmation of the contract on a durable medium. By purchasing and starting a session you give that consent and acknowledgement, and you receive that confirmation (by email or on-screen receipt). Refund handling, where any refund applies, is administered by Payhip.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, and we do not warrant any particular outcome from using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Tarot, its operator, and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any reliance on any reading or content the Service produces.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the session(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived).
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; use automated means to access or scrape the Service; resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others. We may suspend or end access that breaches these Terms.
The Service, its software, text, design and branding are owned by the operator of Quantum Tarot or its licensors. The Rider-Waite-Smith tarot imagery used is in the public domain. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

When you send a message, it is transmitted to our server and on to our AI provider (see section 3) solely to generate Vera's reply in real time. Once the reply is produced, the message and the reply are not saved on our servers. The running transcript of your reading is kept only in your own browser (in local storage on your device), so that your reading survives a page reload. You can clear it at any time using the "Clear history" option or by clearing your browser data. We have no copy of it.
The License Key that holds your session balance, and your reading history, are stored in your browser, not gathered into a profile by us.
To deliver the Service we rely on a small number of providers ("processors"):
The email you provide at Payhip checkout is attached to your purchase. We use it to send your License Key and receipt, to help you recover your License Key or balance if you ask, and occasionally to send Quantum Tarot news or updates. You can opt out of the updates at any time; the essential License Key and receipt emails are still sent. We do not sell or share your email for advertising.
Where the GDPR applies, we process data on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the reading and the sessions you bought); legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service, for example minimal technical logs); and consent (for example, if you provide a recovery email).
Some providers above (for example Anthropic and the payment provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards: for Anthropic, the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated via its Data Processing Addendum; for the payment provider, the safeguards in its own addendum.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Hungary, the NAIH). The main personal data connected to you is the email and purchase record held via Payhip; we do not store your readings or operate accounts. To exercise any right, contact info@quantumtarot.eu.
The Service is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18.
